Sheraton Lisle Naperville Hotel

2 of 3 elevators were broken. Power went out for 4 hours on Saturday night. Restaurant was closed. Pool was closed. Not a very good stay at all.

Location. Room was nice.

Bar closed on Sunday of a 3 day holiday weekend . The room we booked (king bed) was not available. They gave us a queen right next to elevator. No fridge or microwave.

How quiet the room was. Quality of bedding.

The breakfast buffet was too pricey for families on a budget.

The bed was very comfortable and the heatpump was easy to work. The lobby ambiance exceeded expectations as well.

The staff wasn't overly friendly, warm, or inviting. Also would have been nice to have a mini fridge/microwave in the room as well.

Some of, if not the, least hospitable staff I've encountered for lodging,in decades. Very dismissive. Room lights were oddly placed. Some outlets had no power. Someone else's...personal items had been left.

Pretty set up. Comfortable room. Staff was kind and helpful.

Television reception spotty. We could not get the station we wanted even after they sent someone up to look at the TV. Could not get make up mirror to work. Bathroom fixtures could have been cleaned better. Room was comfortable but did not "wow" us.

This hotel should not be 3.5 stars! The lobby area is very nice, but the rooms are outdated. We took our kids (indoor) swimming and it started to rain outside, then the rain starts pouring INSIDE also, in a stair well and open area. It was such a mess!

After we returned from dinner, the elevators were all non-functioning! We had to use the stairs (maintenance stairs, not nice stairway) to return to our rooms.

Free Parking, nice welcoming staff, excellent location.

Slightly dated. For example, elevators need updating and bathrooms need renovations.

The Bed was good.

No room services, restaurant was not open for breakfast either day we were there, Hot water ran out when showering, elevator was broken, pool area was cold and when asked someone to turn up the heat, received lip service only.

Bar was closed during our stay. Very few people staying here. Wouldn¿t go back.

This hotel was very clean

the water pressure in the shower and the water temperature weren't the best.

Location

No maid service until after 3 days stay, I was only there 3 days, so zero service! So higher cost and no service using the COVID excuse to increase their profits!

Nice hotel good location

Room was not ready at 3 pm. After driving 6.5 hours and getting to hotel after 4:30 still had to wait until 5 tom o get a room. Also, housekeeping did not come to room daily (due to Covid). No breakfast service of any type.

To check in was supposed at 3:00 PM, but there was a delay from the hotel and gave me the key to the room around 4:00 PM.

There was very little staff to help with anything. It was very dirty. Also I had booked club lounge access and it wasn¿t open and didn¿t care to mention that at all .
