- The front desk is always kind. My bathtub did not drain very well, but other than that, the bed was comfortable was clean. My kitchen was clean the sink, clean the toilet clean the floor is clean. It was very Peaceful
- The room was very large, clean, plenty of space with two televisions. Swimming pool is very huge and the seating area is very accommodating. Breakfast was the best I ever had at a hotel. Everything was very organized, tasty & plentiful.
- It was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby provided plenty of seating and the breakfast was perfect each morning. Our family enjoyed our stay.The location was a perfect distance between navy bases and down town Chicago. We loved the stores.
Cons -
- They did not have any tea. They had ran out of tea other than black tea, and I mentioned that my bath did not dream but other than that, I was content.
- Front desk male could¿ve been more welcoming. A jacuzzi would be an added bonus if you could install one. Swimming pool water temperature could be warmer.
