The front desk is always kind. My bathtub did not drain very well, but other than that, the bed was comfortable was clean. My kitchen was clean the sink, clean the toilet clean the floor is clean. It was very Peaceful

They did not have any tea. They had ran out of tea other than black tea, and I mentioned that my bath did not dream but other than that, I was content.

The room was very large, clean, plenty of space with two televisions. Swimming pool is very huge and the seating area is very accommodating. Breakfast was the best I ever had at a hotel. Everything was very organized, tasty & plentiful.

Front desk male could¿ve been more welcoming. A jacuzzi would be an added bonus if you could install one. Swimming pool water temperature could be warmer.

It was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby provided plenty of seating and the breakfast was perfect each morning. Our family enjoyed our stay.The location was a perfect distance between navy bases and down town Chicago. We loved the stores.

Not near as nice as it has been in the past. Large dogs everywhere. The hallways were lined with soiled towels and trash outside of each room waiting on housekeeping to collect. Overpowering smell of marijauna present on the third floor.

I think design wise and use wise the end table and floor lamp should switch sides of the couch. It would be nice to be able to borrow a toaster ov÷n for the room.

A very professional front desk staff and friendly general staff. Very nice accomadations for the price. Beautiful indoor swimming pool. Very good hot breakfast with variety every morning.

The hotel gave the entire staff off to celebrate Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. In general I agree with this decision. However, this is a hotel 365 days a year with paying customers. The floors were not cleaned and the garbage piled up in the halls.

Everything was great except the lack of food allergy list on the breakfast bar.

There was no labeling, ingredients list available, etc. People have allergies, yo. It would have been nice to have partaken some of the food as a vegetarian.

The staff makes this 2 star hotel 3 stars. They are one of the best I ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

1st the air conditioning was horrible made loud loud noice every time it turn on and off. 2nd The TVs are very outdated, when we are on vacation at the end of the day we like to watch movies using our streaming service. 3rd we had no ice maker. Was broke.

Excellent staff. Extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was great as well. My room was a little outdated, and may not have been used in a while, however the size and full accommodations were amazing and exactly what I was looking for. Perfect!

Staff (morning) and (evening) were amazing! Hotel employee took care out room and made sure all of our needs were met. We will definitely go back!!

I would highly recommend this hotel!! My daughter and I stayed 6 nights, it was great. Very clean place, extremely friendly and accommodating staff, free breakfast was delicious and a nice variety, free internet, clean indoor pool.

No, I did not dislike anything.

The rooms were not cleaned during my stay and when I called about it,they said that they will make sure it is cleaned "tomorrow " after my check out.

The heating unit was kinda noisy. In fact it was very loud!!woke me a few time at night

The only thing missing was a hot tub and maybe a restaurant
