It's a nice little place to stay at. The front desk person was very welcoming and nice. If he sees you around he's asking if all is OK. Etc. Our room was clean and well kept.
I stayed here 2 days as I went to check on the guys who are working for me. But, ultimately I booked this one because it had a pool/ laundry onsite. I figured they can atleast go for a swim after a long day and they have laundry there since they'll be there for a week and some days. However, they are out of service. So that was a bummer.

Not bad location
We let the hotel know we would be checking in between 6-7 pm. We get there at 650 no one is there. We called the number left at the desk, if no one was there, and no one answered. We seen both the phones behind the desk on the chargers. Finally after waiting for half hr. Dude came downstairs and says the phone was off but we seen both the phones behind the desk. Then I get charged twice for my room, I paid through booking so all he had to do was check us in. We found trash and gummy candy in our bed. Walls, floors and ceilings had cracks in them. Paint job was crap, bathroom doors didn't close, light switch for bathroom was not even in bathroom. Toilet bowl dirty, toilet clogs from just flushing the toilet paper, pop machines didn't work properly, all the vending machine had in it was peanuts. No breakfast served or pool open, " because of covid", but I have stayed at hotels during covid and that stuff was offered.

location was best thing about it
the toilet ran all night, the fridge made an awful noise every 30 mins, dogs barked in the room next to us all night and kept us awake and to top it all off, we paid extra for a jacuzzi tub that didn’t give us hit water so we couldn’t use it. finally, their was nobody at the front desk or answering the phone to address our problems.

no Breakfast yet. I like the location as a stop between our destination and home. It is next to the American Legion Post and it has always been fun place to drink and have fun.
The Lincoln Inn has had its ups and downs over the years and I think Covid made things very difficult for them. The staff was very responsive to our issues and worked hard to make sure we had what we needed.

Plenty of parking. It was 95 outside and A/C unit cooled room ok after a time. This room had been updated recently. Paint and furnishings in good condition.
Had room been vacuumed? Picked up plastic pen cap from floor between beds. No shampoo. room w/2 queen beds and only 1 face towel and 1 washcloth. Room on 2nd floor--elevator not in service. Pool not open. no breakfast. no coffee. All this due to Covid as signage indicates? not sure

Decently clean and spacious room.
Pool was open only from 10 am- 10 pm, which meant that with our travel schedule, we were unable to use it. This disappointed my kids. The breakfast also closed at 9 am, not exactly family-friendly.

It had a nice pool. Good location for our needs. The check out lady was very nice! She let me back in our room when I discovered our son forgot his pillow. She also offered to let us sit in the lobby between our Baseball games if it got too hot.
Walls were thin; could hear people talking in the room next to us. Found a receipt under a table dated 4 days before our stay; question how well the room was cleaned. No hairdryer.
