When it was time to leave
Very fair price. Pride taken in improving what they have.

Cons -

The hotel is right next to a live band and sports bar that doesn?t close until 2 AM between the bar and the motel. It?s only about 5 yards. I can leave my room and walk less than 50 steps and be at the bar.
Staff is hard to reach. They're rarely at the desk. Non-smoking rooms get smoke fumes via the bathroom fan
