Room is not insulated- could clearly hear people in rooms adjacent to ours and road noise. Cost of breakfast.

Old, Worn Down, Door needed Paint, Shower dirty, No safe, coffee maker did not work, rude gal at front desk would not give me a bottle of water. I will never stay here again.

Staff person very helpful in preparing for our very late check in. Restaurant staff person excellent. Housekeeping service excellent.

The view from our room window was a wall and air conditioning unit. Some furniture showed wear - particularly in restaurant/tables. Automatic opening entry doors very sluggish, almost walked into them before they opened.

The cleaning staff came into the room. According to a sign posted on the bathroom, they were only coming in every other day. This was not the case. If I had known they would be coming in, I would not have left my things out.

Hotel employee was an excellent Customer Service Representative. Very helpful!

The Gym had no hand sanitizer. It was empty the 4 days i was there. Lots of Chlorine in the Hot Tub. Burned eyes. Just needs to be cleaned (Emptied) and refilled every morning.

I was upset because the desk clerk couldn't find my information and I called the day before to confirm.

The hotel had friendly staff and great food.

There was nothing free. We were given two bottles of water and that was it. Free breakfast would have been nice.

Coffee was hot! Room was quiet and clean. Must pay for continental breakfast.

No milk for coffee only cream. Our room did not have a smart tv.

Very nice everything - from the location to the lobby with the restaurant & fireplace to the pool & hot tub to the room itself! Wonderful!!

The cold weather in January!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Had issue with toilet and they were fast to fix it.

Size of the room was great! Also pretty close to the college we were visiting with our son.

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds. The room we got was handicap accessible, which was fine, though the shower was a stand up (again, fine), but it flooded the floor with puddles every time bc of the way it's designed (and drain isn't low enough).

I think this was one of the best hotel experiences I had, especially during a deadly pandemic. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were amazing.

Suddenly the hotel was packed. Too many folks walking around NOT wearing a mask even though it¿s posted that they were still supposed to.

I wish I never had to leave. I loved this hotel. The staff was amazing. They all deserve raises.

I wish covid wasn¿t a thing and that they could have been fully staffed. I was told as soon as they hire a cook the restaurant will be fully opened. Sadly and with good reason folks are afraid to work during a deadly pandemic.

I¿ve stayed here in the past. Sadly due to covid they are short staffed.

My room was infested with tics. They switched me to another room, yet no staff were available to help me move everything.

The King Bed Room was so much more enjoyable than the 2 queen room we had previously. It was spacious and clean. The staff is great. The pool was clean.

Wish there was a bathtub in the King room Would suggest installing shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower - the use of single plastic mini shampoo/conditioner bottles are unnecessary and damaging to the planet.
