Excellent hotel: it was nice, easy to access and the pool was warm enough to make it a great experience.
At 10.40pm, someone (a guest, who was part of a big and loud group) tried to get into my room and the door actually unlocked. Luckily, I used the extra latch and by the time they tried again, they left. It was clear when they came by that this was a mistake made at the front desk.I mentioned the incident to the staff member at checkout, but they didn't even seem fazed by this. I had driven over 20 hours over the last two days and this interrupted my much-needed sleep abruptly.
