- We paid for breakfast, which I am not used to. These days all hotels I stay at offer free continental breakfast. Also, no one tells you that. There are signs telling you when breakfast is served, so most, I would think assume it’s free. Anyway, just a small thing that I think they should tell you at check in.
- I didn't like the fact when arrived. You canceled my reservation after you took (1720 ) from my account. Then I had to call you and wait on hold 55 minutes So there fore, WITH REGRET WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN!!!
