Hampton Inn by Hilton Huntley Chicago

Location is right where we needed. No other hotels around, yet; another being built soon according to locals.

Breakfast meats (sausage) was really undercooked. TP and facial tissues in the rooms were about as rough and cheap as imaginable, nearly 40 grit on both. Parking is tight out front, but plenty more in the back, staff doesn't mention this. Cost too high

From the time you step in and are greeted warmly by the staff til the time you are well wished during checkout everything is top notch. There are to go breakfasts if needed along with a well stocked diverse continental breakfast. I always enjoy my stay.

The room I was in had lots of bugs, flies and ladybugs

There was only Decafe coffee in my room So I had to go down stairs to get coffee at 5AM.

The entire hotel seems brand new. The cleanliness is outstanding, the breakfast is good, the staff are friendly, and after having arrived at night, the morning view of the neighborhood is beautiful.

Very Friendly Staff

My shower had Hair all over the shower wall. and there was garbage under the end table.

I loved that there was a pool, and the free breakfast was so much better and more varied than I expected. Plus, the fact that my room said my name on the TV when I walked in made me feel really special.

We just wished there was a hot tub!

The only downside is their choice of pillows. Not comfortable. They are the type that has air in them and they flatten. Had to go out and buy 2 pillows.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious! The pool and views were a plus!

Beautiful, clean hotel. The room was perfect and for once, a comfortable bed! The hot breakfast was very nice, lots of options. So nice to have this hotel in this area!

Everything was new.

Only small complaint was the shower head should have been the hand-held type. Otherwise all good.

The hotel was very clean and offered a pleasing vibe as you enter. Easy to get to off Rt 90.

The only thing against this place was the TV channel lineup was not working but no one mentioned it at check in. Not really a big deal for us but I am sure it could have been an issue for some folks
