I paid you guys for the room in advance. I got there. They said the room was more and they charged me without my consent on my card

Is smelled very misty and the pool was dirty and the hot tub was nasty

Breakfast was very poor and ran out frequency. Room was adequate but low water pressure and luke warm shower. Broken blow dryer. Quality control os non existent.

Charge for small dog is too expensive. There is continuous buzzing noise throughout the night.

Day one the room smelled like green, day two -5 we got locked out in the snow had to reset our keys every single time, bad cleaning it smelled heater didn’t work omg NOTHING like the pictures!!!!! We didn’t even dare try the food!

Place was absolutely disgusting. 4 diff Rooms, had dirty floors, ants. behind tv found paper plates and chicken bones. The sheets stained, dirty, bathrooms dirty- hair and even soap that was left used The pool room smelled like wet dog. Don’t stay here.

The pool and hot tub were decent

The host sat on the couch in the lobby with her shoes off. The tv in our room had a huge line down the middle. One of our rooms the toilet didn’t flush properly. The shower faucet head did not function properly.

The breakfast was terrible, the room needed to be upgraded, the bathroom shower curtain was torn across the top, the AC unit leaked onto the floor, pool water looked dirty, Room was never cleaned for 3 days had to ask the front desk for clean towels daily

The staff were very friendly and really cared about providing me with anything I needed. The location was great as it’s near everything the only thing is the parking lot is a little small.

I asked for room service 3 times, I had to change my own trash and get clean towels and trash liners from front desk, I asked 2 times to get my soiled towels picked up and they never came to room so the told me to put them in the hallway.

Very dirty from the room to the pool. Also was charged double for the room and it was not easy to get the charges removed

We switched rooms 3 times. 1 the toilet didn't flush, the 2nd was dirty the 3rd we stayed in cause it was now midnight and was tired but the air didn't work well and the toilet needed to be fixed the next day.

They had horrible breakfast and never had towels in the pool area

The pool was amazing it wasn?t to cold or to warm

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Typical rooms with comfortable beds and extra pillows.

Bathtub/shower was small, but clean.

They had breakfast the first morning then the next two they had left over sausage, no eggs, f'd ay old muffins . I asked for a queen accessible room and got two doubles. They said they don't have accessible roons.

Absolutely nothing, we wanted to leave but were unable to afford another hotel without getting a refund

Absolute filth does not even begin to describe this hotel. This is the second hotel Ive ever stayed at that I wanted to leave. We had to look at three different rooms where all the sheets were filthy and stained and even the toilets were filthy

The hot tub was larger than most places I¿ve stayed and very comfortable.

I was disappointed about the continental breakfast they offered. Basically they only sat out coffee, juice and cereal. The staff wasn¿t very friendly and the key¿s wouldn¿t operate the hotel door properly the first 6-7 times which became very annoying.

The front desk staff was welcoming - the check in person was seemed to be glad I was there.

Some stains on the sheets. The hotel is pretty run down.

The overall appearance from the outside is nice, the area is very nice with many things to do around it.

Did not get the room that was booked, the sheets on one bed had a few stains. The bathroom was incredibly small.
