The young woman who worked the front desk on Sunday had horrible customer service skills. She had no interest in customer satisfaction. Not friendly at all
TV broken in my room. No warm or hot water for shower or sink. Front desk clerk did not care and did nothing to improve the situation.
They change the wifi password on you at night and in the morning , wifi access if not friendly here. I had to keep calling to the front desk to get another password.

I loved the pillows. Coffee maker in room.

Run down hotel. Should probably be torn down and rebuilt. Water stained ceiling tiles in hallway. Broken entry/exit doors. Dirty carpet. Tiniest bar of soap I've seen, which you have to use for your hands and shower. Small, old TV.
