- The homeless people staying in the lobby, I asked for a cleaning because I got charged for a cleaning fee yet received no cleaning service. We had to take our own trash out. Very loud and kids running around, couples fighting and the cops showing up multiple times. Not to mention I was overcharged and the staff was no help and didn't know what was going on. They had a coffee machine but no coffee and no cups, the water would go from hot to cold and the key cards kept deactivating for no reason.. also a pest control guy came because apparently they've had complaints about roaches but luckily I didn't see any.
