Pros +
- the front desk
- Great, clean hotel with ample parking. New rooms, well kept. Near good shopping.
- The hotel is clean and across the street from shopping, including a Whole Foods. Love that they accept dogs without requiring an additional fee.
Cons -
- hot water quit for a day
- I checked in, went to my room, rested an hour, and went back out. When I returned they told me I couldn't go to the room, and they would move me. The truth is they checked somebody else in my room by mistake. They said I will get a complimentary refund.
- No Kleenex, no hair dryer, no waste reciprocal in bathroom (plus nine were lined with trash bags) Sheets didn¿t appear to be clean and were very worn, not ironed Male staff member at the desk in the morning was barely courtesy (actually wasn¿t friendly)
