The property was very clean and convenient in the area was very nice

There is nothing I did not like about the property. The property was great.

They must have had upgrades recently tot he building. So the style was nice and inviting.

When we checked in at just before 11, it was quiet and then about 50 to 60 people( young women’s group for some kind of seminar) filled the parking lot and then the lobby and seating area as well as the nook for the breakfast area. The amount of people and Talking was very overwhelming. We had asked the staff that this was going to calm down., he didn’t speak English very well, but said yes, that did not happen. Our room was right around the corner from the lobby., you could hear everything underneath and through our door. As well as everyone walking up and down the hallway and the people above us.. as people were upstairs taking showers. You could hear the water running down the wall that separated our bathroom and where our bed was.. there also was this over pungent smell of mildew in the whole room. We were awoken by., an extremely loud crowd in the hallway and breakfast nook/ lobby. You couldn’t think of even sitting down and having breakfast because there was nowhere to sit your shoulder, shoulder to tons of people.. there was no coffee, and when it refilled it was lined up by girls, It was cold that came out. There wasn’t enough food to feed everybody so by the time we got to get breakfast, there wasn’t any.. trying to explain this to the front desk didn’t go over well because they didn’t speak English, the one manager girl that was there was able to take some of our issues, but couldn’t understand what had happened the night before because she was not on. For the amount that we had to pay for staying there less than 12 hours., and being woken up by the noise and the smell of mildew was overwhelming. We were sick to our stomachs when we left.

Comfy beds and shower felt great

Indoor Pool water to cold for me to swim,

Shower fixture in room 119 was located too low. Bed was low to the ground. Maybe this room is for handicap people. Had no indication this room was for handicap people when booking the reservation.
