Basically, a place to sleep

Our room was not clean. Still had trash in the trash can. The continental breakfast was a joke with only cereal and waffles plus the waffle batter was all the first morning. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee. Ice maker didn't work either

night clerk had abrasive personality-very concerned that we had only two people in room, a/c was noisy and continental breakfast could have had a little more variety.

Staff were fairly decent.

They didn't clean the room! If they did, there wouldn't have been 3 beers in the fridge. Another guest came down with a gallon size bag of cheese popcorn that was overlooked in their room. The towels were disgusting!

The bed was like concrete, breakfast was minimal choice of 2 dry cereal or make your own waffle.

Location was what we wanted.

I had requested a king room, but was given a queen even though I paid more for a king.

1. halls and breakfast area...no AC...smelly2. breakfast ...just waffles no fruit3. female staff just glared at you, unfriendly4. scatchy towels5. side security door....always unlocked...not safe

No key card for room. Machine wasnt woking.

Disappointing

Was checked in a room that someone was in already moved to another room air was not working moved again and hair on bathroom floor and stains on pillow case

Clean, good bed it is not a 5 star resort but a clean comfortable place to stay along the road

Sites needs to do a very deep cleaning to the whole facility, Carpet smells like old smoke odor, Windows ledges very dirty, air condition dirty, Shower head with extreme built up of water deposits, Did not schedule room cleaning days correctly, No cleaning of room the whole week I stayed there, even though they scheduled it.

It was clean.

Smelled of marijuana all night even though our room was non smoking, staff was not to be found when going to the desk. when calling the hotel phone to get ahold of staff, the call was declined after 2 rings.

the location was close to where I needed to go

I wasn’t given a door key to my room. no breakfast of any kind. the room was dirty. internet was too slow to operate my fire stick

Location was good as it was adjacent to the Interstate exit.

Exterior entrance security card reader was not working. Adjoining room walls were not sound proofed as adjoining room had their TV on all night long that kept us awake.
