- Location was perfect for what we wanted & had a pool & fitness center. Which was important, becausewe really wanted to swim. I'm disabled & really wanted the exercise.
- Location is good. The rooms are very nice and the hotel is clean. We loved having the grill for this particular trip. It was needed and made our trip much easier.
- Very clean and friendly staff
Cons -
- Originally liked this hotel for the space, location, pool & fitness center. But after checking in & going around the hotel to check out facilities we found the pool to be shut down. There was no warning that it wasn't operational. Which is very irritating when that was why I was willing to pay more than the other hotels. They should really post it when it's not in use.
- We had requested late check out and were told we could get it, but when we arrived we were told we could not get it, somewhat rudely. Then the person helping us asked the manager and they said they could only do two rooms. We had 9. It really made our trip difficult. It will probably cause us to have to go to another hotel, and we make 3-4 trips to Peoria a year with 9-10 rooms. Breakfast isn't until 7:00 on weekends, We had to leave at 6:40 for our event. 6:00 breakfast on weekend would have been nice as well. We also were emailed and required to sign a list of rules and regulations. No running, jumping, being loud & disturbing etc. We had some people above us for over 1.5 hours jumping and running constantly until 9:30 or so. We had to call the front desk two times to finally rectify the situation. it caused us, several of us to lose over an hour of sleep.

Free breakfast was wonderful, staff was nice and the room was spacious! Perfect for a family.
