Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised to learn we were able to use an outdoor grill on a very nice patio. There were many friendly pets and all accommodations you would need for them. They have a very welcoming environment.

Clean studio room. Big TV. Comfy bed. Lotsa towels.

Cons -

They didnÂ¿t previously clean the pull out bed because there were pistachio shells on the mattress when I was going to pull it out. I was just wanting to pull it out, thankfully we didnÂ¿t need to use it, but I hope thatÂ¿s the only thing that wasnÂ¿t cleaned
I thought for the price the breakfast should have been better. Web site showed breakfast that was better. Just standard cheap breakfast.
The indoor pool had cold water so we could not swim, which we had hoped to do. The pool needs to be heated.

I was charged twice and have 5 different holds on my credit cards. When i called to get it taken care of i was told a manger would call me back. I am still waiting.
