The pool was clean. the breakfast was good.

The hotel was not clean at all. Everything had an inch of dust on it. There was someone else's hair on the table and shower when we walked in. The floor looked like it had not been vacuumed in a month.

One of the cleaner stays. On top of cleaning in breakfast area too.

The guy up front was nice

Disgusting. Hopefully chocolate on the comforter. Torn sheets crusty stuff on mirror. 4 spiders in bathroom. Had to switch rooms. If I wasn't so tired I would have left. Breakfast Sausage and egg room temperature at best, and cooler in center.

Bed and pool area clean

Sofa bed had trash and toy under it and grass in bed, bathroom door didn't close easy, cobweb in bathroom , dead spiters and bugs in shower light, chairs in room dirty, guy sleeping in lobby with backpack when we checked in at 10p, 2 cannabis business by

the price was the reason for us. During the graduation weekend they had the best price

Parking area pavements needs to be done. It was difficult to move the bags in the parking lot

Reasonable price. Free breakfast and WiFi. Good shower - reasonably powerful showerhead, no significant leakage.

Bed was too soft

Room was not very clean. Shower was very dirty. Staff was very polite but one was dressed like a gang member.

When we checked in, we were told the water was off. That was a about 4:30. After repeated promises of 1 hour. It didn't come on until about 9pm. We weren't even offered a bottle of water.

The hotel was close to the 74 exit, making it easy to get on the highway.

The toilet would not flush properly. The shower floor looked like it needed to be scrubbed. The carpet looked like it needed to be cleaned. The lady who worked the front desk on Saturday night, August 10th, was not friendly or helpful.

Elevator was broken -- apparently a known issue, as front desk staff said it would take 20+ minutes to reset or something. In our room (221, I think), the bathroom door would not close all the way.

The bedding looked clean

Clean the rooms more thoroughly, fix the plumbing and offer the customer some kind of refund for a poor experience.

The 3rd floor room I was assigned to was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The TV channel offerings were more varied than most other motels.

The water pressure on the 3rd floor was sketchy.

Very spacious suite, most comfortable bed and bedding in any hotel that have ever been in. Considering the area, this hotel is very nice.

We didn't realize Danville crime rate was 213% and listed as the number 1 city for violent crimes in Illinois. There are no food options close to the hotel and to drive into the city for a meal is extremely dangerous.

The staff was excellent; they were friendly, courteous, and professional.

There was no hot water one of the evenings and when there was the shower temperature kept fluxuating.

The staff at the morning breakfast was the only clean and good thing from the hotel. The wonderful lady was constantly cleaning and I knew at least the food was safe to eat.

run down rooms the shower looked new but the bottom part looked scuffed up and almost moldy wore my shower shoes in there toilet would not flush well
