Pool and hot tub not open since covid

the staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice

I would have liked a business center

The beds need updating springs push in your back. I picked this hotel because I had recently had hip replacement and the website says they have a pool and a hottub. They have it but hasn't worked since covid. They are too cheap to start it back up.

The night clerk was amazing. When we checked in we realized that the gas station was closed, so we were not able to go and buy our daughter milk. My husband went downstairs to see if there was another gas station nearby, the clerk gave him milk for her.

It was in immaculate condition...the staff , especially one on the night shift was very hospitable. Went our his way to make sure I was good to go...thanks

Nothing that I did not like

This hotel was amazingly clean. Best western and holiday inn express don¿t even begin to compare. The staff was nice. And the price was much less. So nice to finally stay in a super clean hotel.

Everything was great. Beautiful pool as well.

Parking lot needed repair but otherwise nice clean affordable hotel right off the interstate. Time zone was a bit tricky since it was right on the time zone line

Location was great ..we went to the Ballon fest

Swimming pool was very NASTY. The water looked dirty. You could scrape the dirt of the Rim around the pool. The bath tub was Society ifid not feel safe taking a shower.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, water hot, frig and microwave were clean and worked fine. Carts available to take luggage to and from room.

Lighting could be better but this is very minor in my estimation

We left our oxygen concentrator, they retrieved it and held it until our nephew came to pick it up. As we ate, the staff was so friendly, and the breakfast was excellent! Lena was very accommodating.

Clean, amazing staff, great location. I accidentally left my laptop in the room when I checked out and the hotel called me when they found it. The manager put it in the safe until I could come get it. VERY IMPRESSED!!!!!

Nothing around the hotel, but other hotels and a gas station. Would helpful with a restaurant, but the Chinese we ordered for delivery was amazing. Pool was down, shower didn't work, but staff were friendly.
