  • Couldn?t tell, swimming pool down, gym equipment broke, never vacuum hallway, had to ask for towels, did not clean our room etc..

  • The price but it's a trick because once you get there, they require an extra $100 deposit. They also don't tell you what qualifies them to keep the whole deposit. When I checked out the desk lady goes to your room and inspects your towels & wash cloths...

I didn't not like that you are asked to pay an additional $100 to $200 deposit at the time of check in which we did not know before we booked room. Hotel has a smell of dirty carpets.
