Cons -

The shower was cold, an adjustment in the shower valve needed to be adjusted. A simple adjustment would rise the temperature. You see the sink hot water was just fine.
Still under construction, rusty water, no where to place your clothes, strong paint smell.
There were so many issues in the room. Not power cable for the TV, the bathroom and bathtub looked spray painted. There were spiders everywhere. One of the overhead shelves was coming off the wall. The towels and sheets had stains on them. This hotel needs a lot of TLC...
