Hampton name, free breakfast, staff was pleasant

Nearby train was heard throughout the night, bathroom needed repairs from previous water leak, door handle stop was a metal basket

Went to wedding. All the family also booked rooms and we loved the location and service.

Hot tub by pool was cold

Rooms need upgraded badly. We were on ground floor - upstairs room very noisy all night

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bed was pretty comfortable as well. The breakfast staff were very kind. I loved that it had a hot tub. Many hotels have gone away with their hot tubs but this one still had it. It was an overall great experience

The reception staff was exceptional.

Breakfast serving was disappointing. Waffle iron was "on" but no batter, no butter/margarine for toast, and no attendant around to ask.

The pillows were very soft. Modern decor. Employees were super nice people! Pool and hot tub were both functional! Breakfast was better than most places.

First room was very clean (sheets had been changed) but had wet floor due to air conditioning unit leaking into the room. Second room it appears that housekeeper took shortcuts and had not changed sheets.

Room was clean and well stocked when we arrived. Staff was courteous.

They were working on all the side doors so getting in and out, other than through the lobby, was an inconvenience.

Missed having a chair in the room, two of us staying and just one desk chair.

The rooms was nice and clean. The service was nice.

Some of the plug-ins don't work right that was on the lamps.

1 thing the people that work there are rude and notattentive,One thing that really upset us was the pool and hot tub did not work. that is false advertisem, i was told its not there responsibility to tell the customer. the manger said i could go across the street to the other motel to use that one.

Family that qas with us had to go to diffetent hotel due to overbooking.it was my special needs neice ang my 78 year old mom that had to move on the morning we were having my dads funeral service they had ti be out of the room so we just moved everything to my room until that evening. I have stayed at this hotel for 13 yrs every simmer fir 3dsy at a time and this was really upsetting.alao ask for the manager to come out and she proceded to make the front desk person to talk to us.

Our air conditioner was out at home and we were at a funeral earlier in the day so we decided to go to a hotel for the night. Booking.com said there was a pool at this location, which was the entire reason we went there. When we arrived the woman at the front desk said the hotel was being renovated and we could not use the pool. We were all looking forward to swimming for the evening and we were not able to but the only solution they had was to transfer us next door to their sister hotel and their pool was being worked on too. I understand things like this happen but I feel like it should have been somewhere on your website so we didn’t waste time and money.
