There was lots around as far as shopping and eating

For this place to be handicapped accessible their door when you enter is far from that. Ridiculous when the staff sees you struggling to open a door and does absolutely nothing. The bathroom has garbage and in the time I was there no room service

Able to here the room above us walking around sounds like drum walking on the ceiling

It was in a great location

We had a king and pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed was visibly very dirty and smelled of urine. The lemonade in the lobby seemed very old and the continental breakfast was terrible. My son said the eggs tasted like plastic.

Does not have a hot tub, restaurant, or bar

Staff are very friendly. Clean and safe hotel.

Water pressure was terrible and just so happen the elevator went out all weekend and I was on the third floor. (It happens but didnt care for it) Breakfast was mediocre at best Staff was indifferent to most anyone I saw them interact with

Hard to say waht was best. Breakfast was very good. The pool was very relaxing. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

We had a small collection of ants in our room - the result of a small crumb of food that had been left on the floor. The staff provided us with what was needed to clean them up. Not a huge problem.

Lousy Pillows, had issues with the TV, Heater/AC squeaked,

Hotel is looking pretty old. We did not get a notification that the elevator was out. If my handicapped mom had come this would have been a huge issue.

Had availability with a pool and free full breakfast

One ice machine on other side and downstairs. Small towels, pillows and shampoos.

It was overall a nice hotel. It definitely lost points when the cleaning staff came around in the morning with their music on speaker. I mean the main point of getting a hotel room is to sleep. Was super disappointed in that as we wanted to sleep in

Cable tv kept going out the entire stay. Room was outdated with paint peeling in bathroom.

The elevator didn¿t work and had to go up the stairs with bags.

My keys repeatedly were not working, needed to be remade 2-3 times per day. Unable to get untitled gym due to key issues, workers also had difficulty getting in and keys not working but said I must be doing something to cause this. Very rude.
