Remodeled everywhere, nice room and lobby.

Breakfast was just ok.

Good for the location that we were to be in.

Know this has to happen at times but we got in on the renovation. Plastic on windows, driveway blocked with equipment etc.

Hot water issue¿ tried to take shower around 5p first night, was completely out of hot water in less than 10 minutes. talked to staff and they said have had complaints before, it¿s because water travels so far from heater. continued having hot water issue

The staff for the morning and the wonder woman who does the breakfast were amazing! All super friendly willing to help and always there to answer any questions. Pool was clean and perfect for our softball team to cool down in after a hot day of games.

The 2nd shift front desk personnel was HORRIBLE. From rolling his eyes and ignoring questions at check in to telling us the TV is not his problem to and to bad. His attitude was worse than that of a child. He is the only reason we would not book again.

Convenient location and the free breakfast. Loved the muffins and the cleanliness.

Would have liked better tasting (real eggs) and would have liked the sausage to be more well-done and to be hot.

They have bed bugs. I was able to grab the one that crawled on me to show the hotel staff. I left

It was close to airport

They did not have a shuttle service but the Holiday Inn next door did. I only selected a hotel if it had a shuttle. They suggested that I could walk through the dark parking lot before the sun was even up.

The room was clean, staff efficient. The area had a storm that night. The power went out for several hours. It was completely out of the hotel's control, but it made for an interesting stay. So power, air conditioning, ice, etc until 1am.

Enjoyed the layout of the room. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was filling with a lot of choices. Didnt use the pool or fitness center but would have if we had more time. Liked having a walk in shower instead on having to step into a tub.

A shuttle would have been nice to the wireless arena..The staff gave us a coupon that did not work and our group paid over $100 in Uber transportation.

Location

Our door lock broke and only 1 person was trained on how to fix it and she didn't come in until the morning. I then had to call in the am to get her up to fix the door. They said they would refund my money but then didn't

The breakfast was decent. We had a a large room with a king bed, sofa sleeper, and kitchenette. We had plenty of room for three people and were very comfortable. My grandkids in another room enjoyed the pool. No complaints.

The staff was mostly very friendly. The hotel was as expected very beautiful and the breakfast was limited but good.

I rated cleanliness as a 8 because Sunday morning no one made a effort to clean our room. After my college graduation and all the festivities, I was tired and ready to take a nap. Only to walk into a room that the bed had not been made. I was disappointed

The room was really nice and the breakfast was great, staff was friendly too.

WiFi did not work, hot tub WAY too HOT, burned your skin. And too much chlorine in the pool, tasted so bad.

There was a bit of inconvenience due to renovations but otherwise it was very good. Once the renovations are complete it will be wonderful.

Housekeeping came to our room multiple times to see when we were going to. Checkout.

Location in close proximity to the airport.

Shower caulk was somewhat mildewed/stained.

The location and cleanness of the hotel all the time is absolutely great.
