This cozy hotel is located in the middle of Chicago’s Chinatown, just 6 blocks from McCormick Place. It offers comfortable guestrooms, free WiFi access and a 24-hour front desk. - The owners and staff are amazing, extremely accomodating, and very helpful. The price of the rooms is an absolute steal.
- They lady at the reception desk was really nice.
- The location was terrific!
Cons -
- We didn't even stay the night. The room was horrible. We found a big dead cockroach and trash scattered about the room.
- The room was disgusting! The walls were filthy, the sheets had long hairs in them, and there were literal bloody fingerprints on several surfaces.
- I didn?t get my 50 dollar key refund back
