Water pressure was a little low, but the view and well proportioned electric plugs and how clean and efficient the staff was, well made up the small. The Ac/heat was very good at regulating. Overall the stay was top notch and meet my expectations.

Location was perfect food and bars and everywhere. Valet was super quick and very helpful

Breakfast included in the rate for all guests, free water in the lobby, free bottles of water upon checking in

The people were terrific, the location was great, the food was tasty, and I even had a view of part of lake michigan from my hotel window! parking using spothero ended up more cost-effective than going through the hotel option.

The room smelled of mildew and water I complained and they came and sprayed over the smell.

No pool or hot tub.

Room and common areas were clean and generally in good shape, with a few small maintenance issues including water damaged wood surrounding the refrigerator.

This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in, including in Chicago, NYC, Boston,SF, Vegas, Phily... On the 7th floor we could hear the noise of the neighboring late night establishments, horn honking throughout the night, and firetrucks and ambulances.

The location was perfect. Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The toilet was plugged when we arrived.

They were able to check me in to one of the two rooms I booked. And it was early in the morning. They also did their best to keep the rooms very close to each other so my group wasn't separated.

I wish there was really a few more options for breakfast.

The TV location could have been better if it was mounted up high in wall or in front of bed. Instead it sits in a table beside the bed, awkward.

you can hear everything in the room next to you. We were woken by a man screaming at the top of his lungs.

The room size and the hotels location was perfect. Staff was very professional.

Our room was burglarized and employees didn’t care our keys didn’t work had to wait on maintenance to fix door it was the worst experience on new years

We where rob room 2424 employees didn’t care ... explained to me in my wife we came back to a wreck of a room tossed up side down

The chlorine in the spa was overwhelming. It made our eyes sting and we all started coughing when the bubbles were on.

The service was outstanding. Every member of the hotel staff was friendly & accommodating.

The hotel room had a mildew smell & was not the best accommodations for our family. However, the hotel let us check in a few hours early & that was the only room available.
