The housekeeper stole my husbands Meta glasses and did nothing except have the thief call my husband herself snd say “no I didn’t”. Why would she admit it? Also mocking him when we went to check out. Totally unprofessional.

Excellent location, great price, included breakfasts was extremely good!

Hotel is centrally located just minutes from Michigan Ave, Art Institute and steps from Blue line stop. Room on 21st Floor was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Held our bags since our room was not ready until 4 pm.

NO rooms available until 4 pm, which suggests they don't hire inhouse cleaning staff. The waiting/breakfast area was full of people waiting to check in at 4pm as rooms were being released in groups at a time.

The bed was uncomfortable to me.

I booked a king got a king got a queen they said the next day I will get a king and didn¿t my husband and I slept separately the whole weekend the beds were squeaky Called Monday to complain customer service said they put in the complaint called Wednesday

My favorite was breakfast. I read a lot of reviews complementing the lady who helped with breakfast. She was the best...very kind and helpful. Everyone (valet, front desk, breakfast, cleaning) were wonderful!

I did find the hotel room to be a little smaller than I anticipated. We had a party of 3, so it was a tiny bit tight for us. However, we still managed to get dressed and the location was great for everything we wanted to see.

The staff people were excellent: helpful, smiling, polite, very good.

Better exercise bike(s) needed in the exercise room (i.e. please no Peleton bikes!!!)

bathroom looked newly remodeled

Evening management didn't solve a noise issue with a party next to our room who beat on walls,played loud music, and screamed from 2am to well past 4am. we understand it was NYE but it was unacceptable. especially since they had signs posted about noise.

Elevators were very small and not always working

The front desk staff was friendly & attentive. Hotel is secure, need room key to use elevator to get to your floor. Room clean & comfortable, 18th floor, very quiet! Location was perfect, in the Loop, walking distance to Millennium Park. Good breakfast.

Only one negative (happens in a lot of hotels it seems) - "dead" pillows. Foam pillows that don't give much would have been preferred.

It was small, comfortable, clean, quiet, and in the right location

Room cleaning seemed to overlook small things, such as leaving new coffee cups (though they replaced the coffee), or not replacing shampoo (though they replaced soap). Nothing terrible, but odd.

Staff was amazing. So friendly.

Food - breakfast was really not good. Need more (or any) fruit options.

Took a while to get into the hotel without a key card.

Due to Covid restrictions, there is no mention on the hotel's site that the Hot Breakfast is not available. A box, cold, vegan breakfast is provided w/a bottle of water. Also, there's no daily housekeeping service.
