The stay was fantastic all around. Clean, great location, and fantastic service.

They don’t have a hot tub.

We came there for the pool for our kids and enjoyed about 30 min of it. When we came back from dinner a ton of kids left and the pool was cloudy and the pool guy closed it down to clean and shock it. We did not get to use it and then in the morning it was also closed so we only were able to use for 30 min total. Disappointing. Not sure what happened but it was not cleaned in enough time so that was part of why I paid for this place.

The room was nice and quiet - had everything we needed. The decor is kind of bland but that's not a huge deal. Wish it was just a tad bigger - not much room around the bed area. We LOVE the location - close to family and had great walking - awesome restaurants just a fantastic area. Loved the new pancake house downstairs and the press room across the street. Its our go to when visiting our kids in Chicago. Staff is extremely helpful and efficient. Oh - and the gym is awesome - loved that they had a Peleton.

Pretty tight space wise around the bed - but not a huge deal.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent with lots of resturants and shops around. Plus it was an easy 20 minute walk to the United Center.

Not much parking on site(parking garages were close and cheaper though), fridge in the suite was small and not as cold as it could be.

Great location and views. Staff was very friendly. Only wish I could’ve been there when it was warmer so I could have relaxed on the outdoor patios.

Only issue was my fridge in the room was not cold! I was traveling while pumping breast milk for my baby at home, so I needed to keep it cool. This was quickly remedied with a call to the front desk, and they stored my coolers in the fridge in the kitchen.

Location was good for our purposes. Breakfast was fine.

Noisy neighbors, loud music and talking until 3am. Reported to front desk but no change. Lucky we had the kids sound machine. Parking structure was full as well as the back up lot they suggested. Pool was cold. No hot tub. Won’t stay again.

Food was excellent. great location. Urban vibe. On site parking.

Bathroom was in need of an update. Dings and wear are noticeable.

Beautiful hotel, nice atmosphere.

Lack of on site parking. Lack of space in front of hotel to allow patrons to bring their belongings inside.

A like the privacy in the entrance, no one can enter (safety) if they do not have the hotel's key. Breakfast was really good and also the installations. Nice area and very accessible.

Price little higher than expected
