The staff is excellent but the location and style are equally pleasing. Our room was extraordinary clean and comfortable. Bed was amazing. Towels were so soft! The location just off of Michigan Avenue is perfect for a shopping or nightclub excursion.

The staff here is absolutely amazing and I¿d give them 20/10 if I could.

The staff can only work with what they¿ve got. We stay here every time we¿re in Chicago and it seems we can¿t get a solid room consistently. There¿s always something wrong. The ¿chiller¿ doesn¿t work in a majority of rooms, strange smells, etc¿

Pet friendly hotel which is fine but not when you leave your dog in your hotel alone barking and whining. Neighbors had small children up early at 6:30 crying, fighting and screaming. There was no effort to have courtesy for their neighbors.

Rooms were very clean and stylish. Staff was friendly, accomodating, and welcoming. Location was perfect!

Did get a little warm in the hotel room at night despite lowering the temperature on thermostat.

Incredible experience! From the friendly and attentive staff to the attention to details in decor and amenities, we had an A++ experience. Very safe area. Will absolutely stay again next time we¿re in town. The room service robots are so fun!

No negative feedback

Beautiful aesthetics, including lobby and rooms--dark and rich tones, gold accents, black tile. Overall felt very soothing and luxurious. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided an excellent customer experience. Great location!

Our refrigerator wasn't working and appeared to be slightly damaged. We also found the room and lobby to be a bit smaller than ideal, but good use of space. Shower was cool feature, but would have liked more water pressure.

The rooms were so beats and the ambiance is amazing! Very cool Place to stay! I also love that it was walking distance from pretty kick everything!

Very clean and well-maintained. The hotel has a lot of character and wonderful details that make it feel like a home away from home rather than a sterile, temporary place to stay. Hotel employee at the front desk was wonderful!

The location is perfect, the hotel is close to several eateries, grocery stores, shopping boutiques, etc. It's also within walking distance of the lake front.

The hotel's cleaniness was lacking. When we got into the elevator to go to our room it hadn't been vacumed; same at check-out. The room looked clean, but was disappointed when I found an eyelash extension in between the sheets.

The decor, the atmosphere, the comfortable bed, the unique features (robots, music speaker for phone, TV screen checkout).

We absolutely love this hotel. We have been to many hotels visiting Chicago and this is our favorite by far. Its not about the amenities its about the atmosphere. Our favorite was the robot delivering items to the room.

Very contemporary yet comfortable vibe. Nice perks in the rooms (Amazon Echo's to answer questions, a phone "bowl" for better sound, etc...). Very comfortable beds.

At their attempt to be unique, some of the amenities in the room did not work, such as our Echo, the cooler and the shower head. Also, the plug in the bathtub did not stay down, so I could not take a bath. Only two people at front desk.

Good space, clean, robots were prompt on bringing any and all requests

The hotel staff was amazing, the destination elevators were a nice touch. There are robots instead of bellhops that brought items to your room, my boyfriend loved that.

It was generally clean - cleaner than most other hotels, but just because I saw some stains inside the toilet in my room when I first checked in... It didn’t meet my expectation for cleanness (but I have a very high expectation for cleanness).
