- There is no elevator so walking up and down 3 or 4 stories multiple times during our stay. Would do it again though.

- Rooms were inconsistent in temp (no control in rooms themselves). It would go from a freezer to being stuffy. It would be nice to have a mini fridge and micro in the room. In a place like this, the host should be more personable. Baked goods from Costco.

The nicely kept lobby/kitchen (aka first floor) and rooms were very clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and is close to Old Town and Lincoln Park.

Owners were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were sleek and clean. Breakfast was easy and enjoyable. Quick Uber ride into the heart of the city.
I lived in Chicago before. Very good location, walking distance to downtown, safe area. The place was very clean, nice kitchen/dining area. Owner was very nice. Street parking but you get permit and there were several spots whenever I came out.
