Pros +

we were visiting Illinois Tech. this was like 3 blocks away.
The beautiful location and easy access to the place. Tons of privacy. Great neighbourhood. The owner is very polite and kind. The design of the village is outstanding. We got a feeling that we were in our house, very comfortable and gorgeous.
Nothing or maybe I could say I liked the unmentioned $50 upcharge for property fee!!!

Cons -

I had to go buy soap and shampoo.
I think the star rating must be much higher than it is actually written.
It appeared to be a bed and breakfast. Room was very small with no water. Bathroom down the hall. Key was in lock box on the ground in front. I arrived in huge rainstorm after 9 PM and could hardly find key and get through the two locks to get in!
