Location is great, they are very pet friendly and they provide 2 complimentary drinks per day along with a restaurant credit. They also graciously upgraded us to a renovated room when the TV did not work in our original room.

The hotel is under extensive renovation/construction and the TV did not work in our room.

Well located, very clean, friendly and helpful staff.

The stupid "Urban Amenities" fee and parking is a nightmare. They refer you to a parking garage using a QR and they overcharged me $76 that I'm still fighting days after checking out.

It¿s older hotel so it gave off that vibe and it was still very modern.

No vending machines and the snack area was very small

The staff were all polite and the hotel was clean. I arrived a little early for check in and my room wasn't ready, so they gave me a complimentary upgrade in order to move forward with getting me checked in.

Not clean. Room was missing sheet, trash can liners, no tp in bathroom. Just not a good experience.

The staff was SO accommodating even though many service were unavailable due to COVID. The room was both spacious and clean.

Clean room with a good location

1.no warning upon check in an "URBAN AMENITY FEE" of $17 plus tax. Just asked for Credit Card for incidentals. 2. upon check out, told about this fee that's "automatically put on my credit card" This should be FULLY DISCLOSED up front! Bad Business.

It has a vintage feel to it. Everyone was friendly and accommodating,

The only thing I didn't like was the amount that was held on my credit card. There is also a urban fee that is charged for internet access whether you use it or not, I paid for a upgrade which was charged twice on my card.

Th beautifully appointed room was huge!

One of the elevators was broken, so there was only one elevator working for the entire hotel.

Yes! The elevator was broken. One tiny 6-person elevator to service 15 floors! Horrible!

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean! The gentleman outside that did the valet parking were very sweet and helpful I will definitely be back!

I loved every second of it.

Staff was less than satisfactory. Came in late to check out and waited at door for extended time. Wasn't a fan of the attitude. Valet parking was $65 a day. Hotel is much farther away than expected. I won't be staying here again in any future.

Great place and at a reasonable price. Convenient to most activities in the city. Clean and comfortable with beautiful bathrooms.

Excellent customer service; lovely room and room size; nice and quiet; loved it completely.

It was a little on the cold side, but then again Chicago dealing with the worst cold snap in a very long time. And I just increased the room temp to my satisfaction.
