The wait time to check in. Our group had to wait for more than an hour. The check in time is 3 p.m.

The breakfast was good

Everything was crowded - lobby, breakfast area, etc. The room I booked was two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Upon arrival, the sleeper sofa was missing. The front desk said they were replacing some sleeper sofas and that one hadn’t yet arrived.

Rooms were great for the price.

Parking was a nightmare, loading zone was impossible, and places we were sent to park were full. Pool was listed on hotel but then when we checked in we were told you have to have a reservation and they were already full.

Friendly staff, great location, rooms were clean and offered affordable and decent breakfast

Location

The plumbing needed work. The water wasn’t that hot and the shower drained slow.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean room, underground parking, free coffee in morning.

Breakfast was not included, no hot tub, pool was tiny and by reservation only.

The people were very warm and friendly, especially the front desk staff. They were also accommodating to our needs, even allowing us access to the hot breakfast in spite of our reservation not being eligible for it.

The only thing that I did not like was that the mattresses and pillows were extremely hard. At times it felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I've never slept on hard pillows before and these pillows were really hard and very uncomfortable.

Location to downtown, things to do, the lake and rivers and shopping areas.

The bathrooms need to be upgraded immediately, and the furnishings are antiquated

1-Far from downtown you need a car. 2-Parking lot is very narrow and it’s expensive. 3-Breakfast is not included with the price room rate. 4- there is no air conditioning in the hallway 5- the lobby air conditioning is not good as well

Proximity to U of Chicago hospital.

Good location for U of Chicago. Poor amenities. If you cater to medical patients, why not have room service, a microwave, laundry for guests. Parking was a rip off. $40/night. No breakfast included. Poor quality for the price. I give it 2.5 stars.

Breakfast is not included, no shuttle and have to make appointment for pool which the sign up was always full stayed 4 days and couldn't use the pool

The convenience of being in Hyde Park with the walkable proximity to stores and restaurants and for exercise. For the most part it didn’t feel totally unsafe.

1. One of the front desk workers was extremely off-putting and rude. 2. They do not tell customers in advance that garage parking is first come, first serve 3. The air conditioning does not work in the hallways or lobby so it was extremely hot

Secure elevator. Ample restaurants within walking distance.

Mattress. Labels for hot drinks at breakfast buffet.

The heating in my room didn't work properly, and the hotel was reluctant to admit that they couldn't fix it. I eventually was able to change my room, but it shouldn't have taken so long.

Was Impressed with the staff, the room, price & their free breakfast!

This hospital is close to University of Chicago Hospital. Rooms are clean. Additional charge for parking. Parking is in secured garage.

The sliding bathroom door. It looks cool, but was kind of loud and hard for me to slide to close and open.

The breakfast bar was good, plenty of seating.

Parking garage and paid lot parking is an extra $40

The staff was incredibly kind, always greeted me when I entered or left the building, and provided food recommendations.

Front desk staff and cleanliness. Amazing hotel. Will be back!

Construction by garage is a little difficult but not impossible.

One of the most greatest experience at a hotel that I¿ve had. Literally all the staff wasfriendly. I didn¿t get everyone¿s name. He was so great& led us to where we had to to go for the night. Breakfast was very good!

There wasn¿t any problems with my stay.
