The Buckingham Hotel

The beds were so comfortable and the view was amazing of the city!!

No food easily available late at night.

The unique location in the heart of the downtown south loop with easy access to trains at LaSalle snd to work, the most beautiful views ever in a downtown Chicago hotel. Love this place!

Hotel met all my travel needs. Comfortable deluxe suite at a very discounted price. Comfortable bed and clean room. Hotel itself in excellent condition. In downtown central right by the CTA blue line for easy access. So close to a lot of restaurants

Some of the furniture is a tad dated. Not a pressing concern though.

Rooms were clean and spacious. View was amazing! Staff were super friendly and helpful!

The views are spectacular! We had a gorgeous city / partial lake view from our room, and everywhere in the hotel offered a unique and great view of the city. The room was lovely, the bed heavenly, the tub deep. It was also very quiet. Very nice amenities.

Parking - convenient & cost effective once we found it but web and staff directions were terrible. We wasted 45 min lost. Part of hotel is on third floor with rooms on 40th. Slightly inconvenient but not a deal killer.

Amazing views; more luxurious than expected; staff very helpful; access to the Buckingham Athletic Club.

With only 24 rooms (top floor of 40-story building), it felt "exclusive"; I had access to something not everyone else did... The decor, the ambiance... all elegant; with hi ceilings and solid wooden doors and trim. Very nice.

The view of Lake Michigan was incredible, the room was clean and classy. It was a little odd that the rooms are at the top of an office building and Athletic Club (that we never saw). There is a private restaurant onsite that we didn't visit. Mini bar inc

The maze of elevators that must be navigated to reach the rooms (3) is a little confusing. The lack of personnel to assist with questions and concierge services may turn off some visitors. Parking was difficult to find on first arrival.

The view from the 40th floor was amazing. Mine looked north, so a look to the left revealed the Willis Tower and the right, Lake Michigan. It was modern and very clean.

As always, the staff was incredible and the room was immaculate

Stunning views of the city. Close to many things. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Loved that our vehicle was in a secured garage under the building. Totally worth the $40 for parking. All around great experience.

Hard to find initially. Didn't see a sign on the outside of the building for the hotel.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable and the view from my room of the city was amazing!

The Tv remote didn't work very well even after I changed the batteries, but that was about the only thing I had an issue with, other than that the stay was very nice and the folks at the front desk of the hotel were very nice and helpful.

The view; the bathtub (seriously!), the bed, the quiet, the location on the 40th floor, the staff --> pretty much everything was great.

There was no option for live TV, which means I could not watch anything unless I signed into streaming services.
