- Granting of slightly later (by 30 minutes) check-out time.
- The malin and goetz bathroom products
- Great location, great price. Fast elevators! Attached cafe (Grant Park Bistro) was enjoyable for breakfast everyday with daily bill credit voucher.
Cons -
- 1. My room reserved as king bed but given as two queens. 2. Forced resort fee=grill coupon but breakfast I ordered was not great. 3. Check-out receipt included randomly higher charges from Grill and it took very long to get it corrected before I left.
- Guests smoking on floor 5
- Could not control water pressure in shower, and it put out a TON. Nor could you redirect the shower head. I also disliked the dial-switch control for the bedside lamps, which was the only way to get good lighting in the bedroom.
