Very friendly and responsive staff. Clean and easy walk to most things. Comfortable bed and spacious room.
There are not a lot of late night weekend food options in the area.

We have been booking this same hotel for the past year every time we come to Chicago. The location is great, the rooms are clean.
We were very disappointed this trip. 2 straight days- Police was present because of something going on with the guests staying. The breakfast had little to no options. Last times we gave stayed- The options were great. Then- paper plates and bowls? We had real plates last time. It felt like we eating at a low class place. Not worth the money.

The property was in a great location! Close to the train, food, river and shopping.
The staff! Day shift was exceptional! Brandon and all staff members went above and beyond. Everyone was extra nice and very professional. We looked forward to seeing them each morning!

Hotel was very nice, very clean, pool was nice, staff was nice, room smelled nice and clean when we arrived. We were able to check in early which helped us alot while traveling with 3 kids.
Our view was a brick wall but is to be expected downtown i guess.

Double queen bed room is very comfortable with kinds. Room has all the basic amenities in place and level of cleanliness and housekeeping in general meets expectations. Overall a suitable hotel for a short weekend getaway in Chicago.
Had a mixed experience with front desk staff. Upon check in the service was helpful and pleasant. During check out the service was not that great and the exchange with the receptionist was not the most pleasant ending to our stay. Also, view of the queen rooms is a next building's wall and the windows are heavily tinted so make sure to book a king room next time with a city view.

Loved this hotel, spacious room and very comfortable bed. Handy laundry facilities, great location in the loop, walking distance from Union Station and to Millenium Park. Very friendly staff.
