Pros +
- The lobby was clean and decent location
- Good location
- Location. House of Blues was basically in parking lot of hotel.
Cons -
- That my room had dirty sheets on the bed and dirty shower curtain and liner. Plus charged me extra money
- The “city view” was looking at 2 parking garages. When I inquired about the reservation having a city view, she kind of laughed & said the parking garages are part of the city. There was also a $25/night destination fee that wasn’t in the booking.
- Cleanliness. Vents in bathroom were coated in dust, mold/mildew spots on ceiling in bathroom cause no exhaust fan, spots on wallpaper & tile by toilet that looked suspicious, etc. When asked hotel for a fan & air purifier they brought up a humidifier.

The staff - incredible! Especially the bar team.
Room was not serviced a single time during our three night stay.
Rooms were clean and location was perfect
The shower, I slipped in the shower and bruised my arm and leg really bad. Wish they would have grip mats in shower.
Location. Price for a room was decent considering the location.
The price of wifi. For a 4.5 star hotel, I wouldn¿t think I would have to pay for wifi also, the mattress was not comfortable at all. It felt like the mattress was tilted towards the head of the bed and it caused me to roll towards the middle of the bed.
Location
Extraordinarily high hotel taxes and "resort" fees for a downtown hotel were ridiculous and then throw extremely expensive parking on top of that made it 2.5 times the actual room price.
The location and overall room quality were good.
The check-in process was slow, and the destination fee added at the hotel was a little bit annoying, and the benefits that they offered in exchange weren't things that were very useful for our stay.
The location was great! I was able to snag a Spot Hero around the corner which was much cheaper than parking at the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean.
Location, room was clean. Staff helpful
Location
Description of room said it would have a bath robe and mini bar, it did not. And $25 to rent microwave and refrigerator. $76 for valet parking
The location was great
I did not like that the staff was not more informative. We parked our car and it was communicated to us how much it was to park our car at the hotel and the bill was shocking. I could have parked my car overnight down the street for half the price.
The location, price and view were great!
When it came to answering common questions about parking and additional pillows the staff either didnâ≢t know or acted as if it was an inconvenience. My partner and I wanted to extend our time but decided to change hotels for 2 nights.
The room.
Very loud. Lots of people partying.
Everything was great for our group. Perfect location, plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.
Entrance is tough to get in to.
Check-in was horrible, took almost 30 minutes because they couldnâ≢t find my reservation.
The staff was outstanding the receptionist was awesome in directing me on how to get to the hotel. The bell boy/ valet was very helpful while I was trying to get checked in.
The mirror/dresser was scuffed and scratched up. Some furniture stain would go a long way. The price of parking was VERY EXPENSIVE.
Room was not cramped with other items in room. Nice size TV hanging on wall. Despite the weather, still a great experience.
Tried to increase temp in room but somehow couldn't. Room temp was 64.. n it was 60 outside .. so
Modern, Clean and spacious room.
The parking fee of $72 is definitely on the high side.
The hotel was in a great spot. The bed was super comfy and the staff was great!
No free breakfast, parking is $72/night with valet but a little steep. The staff has to help you with your luggage b/c they can't leave the cart unattended due to guests who ruined it for the rest of us by stealing a cart. Who needs a luggage cart?
