Different size bottles for the shower soaps. Towels thick and absorbent. Bed duvet great. Liked having two chairs and excellent reading lamps.

Took long to reach the desired room temperature.

Tea and coffee could be improved. Choice of tea was pretty poor - at least one 'normal black tea' would be nice.

cleaning crew were yelling in the hallways before 10AM - given we had a late night, this was extremely frustrating

Front desk staff were exceptionally kind and courteous all day/night long. Nice touches by housekeeping such as specially folded towels. Complimentary water dispenser and cups. Close to train.

Would like doorknob DND to let housekeeping know the room was occupied; also expected a small binder/book or laminated sheet detailing hotel information (check-in/out, number to reach front desk, etc) and recommendations of nearby restaurants/attractions.

Room was comfy and the bed was dreamy! We slept so well! The fridge, freezer and microwave were excellent and a plus to have handy. Cafe Meli downstairs is delicious!!

The employees were awesome.The decor was nice. I enjoyed having Meli for breakfast attached to the hotel. The location was really nice. I felt safe. Bath was great.

Location. Easy checkin and room access.

Ice was on 12 floor, I was on 2nd. No Breakfast options.

Met my high standards for cleanliness. Fantastically friendly and hospitable doorman. Very quiet room.

Room was too warm. Thermostat did not work properly.

Location. The proximity to Printers Row neighborhood and restaurants was special.

The shower. Accessible room and the shower head was low pressure.

Couldn¿t sleep on the beds, free wifi was a bit slow and to upgrade to speeds still slower than LTE it was pretty expensive. Valet parking is pretty expensive as well but I¿d imagine it¿d be much more inconvenient not to get it.

Room was very large for the price point particularly in Chicago. Decor was lovely. Bed was extremely comfortable. Tiny complaint: in room coffee was weak; those little filter packs don¿t do it. (Time for keurig though I do understand the recycling issue)

I shared a room with my three teenagers. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect. Lots of nice and affordable restaurants nearby, a Starbucks across the street.

The price for Valet parking ($55).

The staff was excellent. Everyone was kind, efficient and genuinely interested in our stay.

Beautiful, sparkling clean, quiet room with a wonderful view of the central library. Friendly, helpful staff. And the Printers Row neighborhood is a gem!

Rooms were big and clean and the every staff member was incredibly nice and helpful.

Neither my wife or I slept very well in the beds. We felt the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and nothing we tried made it better.

The actual room and hotel were very beautiful.

The air conditioning did not work, and the toilet was finicky and did not always work. While the staff were nice, they didn't really solve either problem.
