Luxury style, easy check in process, clean rooms, love the kitchenette in every room, helpful staff especially the bell attendants.

The room was very well-appointed with a kitchenette complete with dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer.

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. I just could not get the pillow in a comfortable position. It was like feather pillows. I prefer a more rigid pillow. Also, of course, paying $75 per day for parking.

Amazing and friendly staff! Right off Michigan Ave ! Lovely room, quiet and well appointed. Terrific value.

This hotel was perfect. I have stayed at dozens of hotels in Chicago (which were higher star hotels) and none have been this nice. The rooms were clean, huge and quite. Breakfast was really good, too.

Location great, all rooms are suites and have microwaves and refrigerators. Free Breakfast was ok.

$75 per night valet fee is excessive.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and different each day. The location was great for walking to lots of nearby attractions.

Traveled a fair amount and Conrad was possibly the nicest hotel at which I've ever had the pleasure to stay. Room was large and nicely appointed. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Location is great. Cool rooftop bar. Definitely will return

The room service I ordered was way below expectations for the late night menu. The quality of the Kale salad and cheesecake was extremely disappointing. Especially for the price. Also, the vegetarian options were very limited (they were mostly out of).

We were not given the room that we reserved and paid for. We were given an explanation that they didnt receive the same room description as I received. Also check in time was at 3pm and we weren''t given a room until after 5.
