Best Motel By OYO Chicago I-90

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Not only was the staff missing from the front desk, the room was horrible. No shower curtains in the bathroom, the room had an odor, and I was bitten several times across my back and side.

It's a motel and a very bad one. Garbage everywhere.

No rod to hang clothes. Furniture was second rate. Bedbugs, roaches, Unsanitary conditions all around. No shower curtain, tub was filthy could not use. The water in the sink was non-existent. Could not even brush my teeth. Terrible 😭

It was in a very unsafe neighborhood and we were not even comfortable enough to get out of the car. The front office was boarded up with plywood and there was a shorting a few blocks away we heard as we were leaving to go to another hotel.

Absolutely nothing, a mouse ate my snacks!

No toilet paper, no face rag overall terrible stay. Lady at front desk was extremely nice!

The staff and the young African American guy was very courteous and professional. Although the customers were being extremely rude towards them, both employees remained respectful, polite and treated them with kindness and respect. Remarkable!😊

No shower curtain, towels and washcloths appeared to have an awful smell and the white towel has black stains on them. No mirror in the bathroom which is very distasteful for a woman.

If I could give this 0's across the board I would. BED BUGS. COCKROACHES. BROKEN GLASS. AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS NEIGHBORHOOD THAT COULD GET UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE HURT OR KILLED.

Everything. Infestation of bed bugs and cockroaches. Woke up with bed bugs all over us. Went to wipe them away and exposed with blood. Traumatizing. O block is literally right across the street. One of, if not the most dangerous place in Chicago.

Nothing the room had cockroaches and a leak in the toilet that caused the carpet to be wet

Nothing the room was falling apart and in 1 of the most dangerous neighborhoods in the city. It was absolutely horrible!

Everything from me the misleading photos on your site, the condition of the room was not up to par mold in the shower, tiles missing and holes in the walls of the shower, no toiletries at all, vent in bathroom was dusty and falling off the wall

They need to upgrade the rooms. To start, there wasn't no shower head. The blinds or curtains were nail to the wall. There was a smell to the room.

I liked the fact that there were no bugs in the bed and I was able to sleep. A/C worked but noisey.

There was no hot water. Only one towel for 2 people. Doorknob and towel rack missing. Stained rug. no batteries in the remote. No WIFI when advertised with WIFI.

These rooms are horrible they need to remodel these rooms this was the worst experience ever I'd rather had slept in my car the rooms were dirty they had roaches the bed was dirty I had to go to Walmart and by pillows and blankets to put on the bed the bathroom was terrible I slept in my clothes and definitely could not take a shower there and I was visiting from Indianapolis i had to wait until I made it home to shower and the fact they gave me 3 different rooms then we had to hook up our own cable wire to watch TV terrible terrible never again then they would not even refund my money do that I could go somewhere else this hotel needs to be shut down.

Employee did the best she could. So did cleaning staff.

There was cocaine everywhere, drugs. Everything smelled like cigarettes and there was no WiFi.

Booked through Booking.com and got a whopping $38 back because the place was un-stayable.

Filthy room with exposed wires. Ridiculous price for absolutely no value. Complained to booking.com and got a whopping $38 back. Should have received a full refund for such a terrible experience. Avoid this "motel" and booking.com. They have lost a customer for life.

This was the most filthy motel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s in a bad state of decay and in a dangerous part of town. We only went there because it was all we could get when our flight was delayed overnight in Chicago. On top of that, the clerk did not want to accept our online reservation until after we begged. He then gave us a smoking room Several other people came in with on line reservations and he told them that the motel was sold out. A horrible experience.
