    Pros +

    • The room was large and very nice. Liked the water station near the elevator.
    • The room and space was excellent
    • The hotel was clean and the area was in walking distance of everything we needed.

    Cons -

    • The staff was not very friendly and gave me the wrong room number on my card holder . I had to go back downstairs to verify the room number. We had to wait for room assignments but never did the agent ask me my name.
    • The beds were low to the ground It was advertised with a roof top bar, but found out it had been closed for several years. Also advertised a restaurant, which again was closed several years ago.
    • 1.The room should have more lighting especially the bathroom(only has one light option) 2. I didn't like my room right off of the elevator(rm 403) Wasn't happy about that.

    No microwave in the suites.

They don?t call u back. Hotel charged me for mini bar and I don?t use the mini bar. Not helpful at all.

    Quiet . clean. Location

The front desk staff was abrupt. Not rude , but also not friendly or accommodating. If the lobby bar was serving coffee and continental style breakfast that would be ideal. Also the water from the faucets in the room was exceptionally cloudy.

    That my stay was short.

This place is a 4.5 star hotel? No doorman to get you a cab or open the door, random people hanging, the room was a an ill fitted bed with a short mattress, the "lighting" in the bathroom was worthless and I did not have hot water for a shower

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-4-2024

    The location.

The room was not cleaned well. There was sticky residue on the floor, hairs on surfaces, etc.

    Location

Summary said guests had access to planet fitness and yoga and they said they haven't offered since 2020. Breakfast, bar, and rooftop (understandable) not open. Flies in the bathroom. Refrigerator didn't work. So there was literally nothing. 4.5?

Large rooms, very friendly & helpful staff, close to everything

Bathroom was not super clean (hair on sink and tub, floor needed mopped) and the walls are really thin. You can literally hear everything your neighbors say/do and vice versa.

Really a nice property, surrounded by restaurants of all types, great staff

Overhead lighting in living room too bright, lamps not very bright--hard at night to get a good level for reading. Chair in living room very uncomfortable. Small stuff, no big deal

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-22-2024

The private and peaceful environment, staff informative, was able to upgrade rooms, everything convenient

    10DerrickPosted on: 1-18-2024

Booked the King Suite for a two day mini getaway. This suite is HUGE it's like having your own apartment. Perfect location in Streeterville close to everything. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. I plan on staying here again in the future.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-16-2023

    clean, great location, friendly staff

hallway doors make loud clicks when closed, but otherwise very quiet

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-14-2023

The location, the size, the staff, cleanliness, the design and style were all A1 and I would stay here again. It was within walking distance of places I needed to go. It wasn't crowded. No long walk from the front door to the front desk to the elevator

Only negatives were the sky deck was closed. Not sure if it's only open seasonally or what. There's no empty mini fridge for your own things. I think that's something that should be included in every suite. TV'S are old, bad & hard to navigate channels

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-27-2023

The room was very large, clean, and comfortable. The shower was fantastic. Excellent location

The only negative was our room was very dark, overlooking an alley with a building just feet away. We tried to move but nothing was available. So we just kept the curtains drawn the entire time.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-13-2023

Great Location. Right in the heart of Chicago downtown. Everything is walking distance (Restaurant, Bars, Attraction etc.)

My wife forgot her Jacket in the closet of the room we stayed . We contact hotel front desk to inquire and they did not put enough effort to find/investigate the issue.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-2-2023

    Location and previous experiences.

No hand soap. Had to call front desk to get dryer. Shower water temperature regulator did not work so shower was burning hot. Bathroom floor did not appear to be clean. Mattress was not good.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-12-2023

The check in went quickly. The rooftop bar staff are great and the view is nice. The overall aesthetic is great even if some things would benefit from an update.

The nicked wooden furniture needs attention. There were some electrical issues - tv would turn off on its own, the blinds and curtains would start moving on their own. I would not recommend as a 4 star but a 3 star. The price should be $25 less.

    1JoyPosted on: 4-13-2023

    Location was fine.

All around dirty! Furnishings were dirty and tattered beyond any acceptable level. Floors were battered and filthy. Shower crevices and grout was gross. Sink didn¿t even have hot water. Housekeeping was closed at 7 on Friday. This is not a 4.5 star hotel
