The beds were horrible; they charged me 3000 for a credit hold; I will never stay here again. The manager was awful. Worst ?5 star? hotel I?ve been too.

The staff were above and beyond kind! Our room was beautiful and overlooked the small plaza in front of the hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great drinks at the bar, and food at the restaurant.

The hotel was in a great location and the property was nice, but not as good as other hotels/resorts I have stayed at, especially for the price.

The staff was friendly, but not the most welcoming compared to other hotels I have stayed in prior to this one. Also, the room was nice, but nothing special for the price.

The hotel staff is very accommodating, friendly and attentive. I love this hotel

Amazing service from every single person on the staff, from the valet who greeted us and took our bags, to the front desk, to room service staff to the spa and gym staff, and to the waiter staff in the bar and restaurant. Great training!

It is not worthy of the 5 star status it has all the amenities but on a reduced level. This is a 4 star at best. Staff is very average, room is old but spacious, fitness facility is very basic. If you?re looking for a luxury stay this is not the place.

Room service is poor. We ordered pasta with marinara sauce with shrimps. It was served cold. Shrimps were almost frozen. Pasta was made using Raghu type of sauce and microwaved (we suspect). It was cold. Plus it was 55 dollars.

Room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Gym was very well equipped. The hotel has very relaxing separate Men¿s and Women¿s spa areas including steam room, sauna, hot tub, and lounge area. Best hotel in Chicago.

The thing we appreciated the most was the tremendous service that was offered by all of the staff: Extremely well trained and gracious. Room service, concierge, bartenders and wait staff, were all wonderful!

Gym facilities were under reconstruction and the lap pool is really small (one lane) without wave arresting properties--felt like I was getting an ocean swim in!

The staff was awesome. Always helpful and polite and especially the valet staff.

Our room was large, but looked like it was put together as cheaply as possible. The carpet was pulling up in corners and molding separated from the walls. Doors hung so that they didn't close, and just an overall cheap feeling for such an expensive room.

Was not able to access my room until 4 PM, safe wasn’t working, fireplace wasn’t working, bathtub wasn’t working, and it was a handicapped room which I did not Request

The carbon monoxide detector went off from fireplace use - there was no sign notifying guests to leave a window open , as the engineer who responded stated. It took management over a week to respond and deny my complaint.Still sick - no theatre/shopping.

I found it odd that I got a text after I checked out asking how my stay is going so far..

THe size of the room and bathroom was very spacious and of course very clean. You didn't feel cramped. Secondly the location was great for shopping and restaurants. I think it has to be my favorite!
