    Pros +

    • The hotel was elegant, clean, and quiet. The gym was also incredibly clean and equipped with cold water bottles, cold towels, and towels. A complimentary chauffeur would drive you to your destination within a few miles.
    • The daytime concierge was so friendly and helpful. The room was BEAUTIFUL.
    • Room was very clean and bathroom was large and luxurious

    Cons -

    • The garden/courtyard view was essentially a view of the other hotel room windows looking inward toward the courtyard.
    • The room service was lackluster. The menus were hard to find and inaccurate online; the food came to us cold. The overnight menu was described as an option but was packaged sandwiches and salads that were frankly inedible.
    • Paid extra for a ¿city view¿ room but got to look at the wall of a taller building next store. Front desk was unresponsive to my question about a better view. Hotel was very nice and very secure.

The staff was great and it is just overall a nice property.

The decor was lovely. Most of the staff was friendly

After my husband showered, there was 2" of standing water in the shower. We had to get going, so I had to shower in the puddle! Also, the remote control for the tv stopped working late in the night and we couldn't change the channel. We only had on/off and volume control.

Great location and cool design. Gerin at the bar made the best French75. He was awesome.

After multiple calls and requests we could not get housekeeping or service to our room. For what we paid for an executive suite, it was disappointing that we couldn’t get housekeeping at all.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Excellent food!!!The rooms are gorgeous! The design is unique and luxurious! We felt like royalty when we stayed. We were treated with courtesy and respect! Best hotel I have ever stayed at!! We will 100% be returning customers! Great Job La Salle staff!!!!

Rooms could use a little TLC in areas. While it had a luxurious feel and was clean, they could use to fix broken drawers and the box that was in the bathroom that held bathroom toiletries was beat up. A little TLC would be an inexpensive and easy way to upkeep the luxurious feel La Salle desires to give its guests.

    Large room clean Bathroom great

The room was noisy A loud compressor sound outside could be heard through the night

Aesthetically pleasing!! Excellent staff!! Close enough to the action, but you may want to be closer. I heard an employee say it’s located in more of the business district, so evenings and weekends were calm. Wouldn’t book again, unless the deal was excellent. The lid to our ice bucket had chunks of debris(possibly vomit) was probably worst incident. We just didn’t use it.

Very nice staff from manager on down. Great location. Complimentary rides to stuff within a certain area. Beds very comfortable. Shower quick with great hot water. Valet parking staff also very nice/professional.

They are a bit short staffed on maids. Only fridge in room is stocked with the stuff you never, ever use (if you're smart). No microwave on site. Need to bring your own.

The hotel is quietly situated in the business district. I was on the 18th floor overlooking the inner courtyard. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is beautifully designed.

The lighting was a bit too dull.

We loved this hotel stay! The staff were all so nice and helpful! The room was stunning and offered the best comfort for a weekend stay. We enjoyed the live jazz by the bar in the evenings as well.

The hotel was exceptional. We were traveling for our anniversary and everyone in the hotel was incredibly welcoming and attentive. We were upgraded to a slightly larger room, which was very nice. The room was comfortable, we had room service both mornings and the food was quite good and arrived quickly. We had N/A drinks one night in the hotel bar where they had a live jazz-style band playing. I was impressed that they had 4-5 different N/A beverage options that weren't just soda or cranberry and seltzer, so that was cool. The location worked well for us, about a 20 minute walk from Millennium Park and the Michigan Ave stretch of shops and attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Fantastic food, cocktails and amazing staff from start to finish. Could not have asked for more. We were treated like royalty. This hotel is absolutely spotless. Rooms were so comfortable. I cannot think of a single thing they need to improve.
