Hilton Garden Inn - Chicago Central Loop

This hotel is very close to union station, which was super nice when arriving to and departing from the city.

Free breakfast was listed as an amenity on my reservation, but upon arrival I was told that this was not the case. Breakfast costed $26.00. It was not a Big deal though, there is a Dunkin Donuts across the street.

The staff particularly the lady at the desk. We arrived late, 1030pm, and could not locate the hotel on gps so we called and she stayed on the phone and got us there. She went above and beyond.

There is no Hilton sign anywhere on the exterior of the building. Just a Canopy sign with no Hilton anywhere. We walked by it 2x and didn¿t even know the hotel was there

It was a great location, surprisingly quiet, and really comfortable. The curtains were great too, the room stayed dark till we got up and that was much later than we thought!

Location and hotel room was a really nice size.

Didn¿t like that you had to request daily housekeeping if you wanted it. They did end up cleaning it the last day but I don¿t understand why hotels have eliminated it. There was an argument at 5:00 am in the room next door. Didn¿t even bother complain

Super friendly staff, and super comfortable beds.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing. Just because we got there later (10:30) there should have been food. $45 for a few bites for each of us was very disappointing

Staff was great, room was super clean. Even Buffet was strong. GREAT experience.

Bed and pillows were kind of uncomfortable.

We had a corner room that was very spacious. Large and very comfortable bed. Blackout blinds that helped with adjusting to time difference. Very clean and would stay again.The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful with everything.Location was close to city centre but also a gave a little buffer to escape any noise.Transport was easily accessible.

It was not a big deal, but the water did not get to a very hot temp in the shower. The bathroom and shower were lovely and clean though.

Size of room and location

The check in person was friendly and explained everything to the couple before us but when we stepped up to counter she only asked my name and for my credit card. She the charged my card after j told her that I already paid through booking. She just ignored me. I had to call my card to dispute the charges which took several weeks.

Decore, space, cleanliness, location to Union Station, and adjoining Canopy Bar.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely brilliant—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their guest-oriented approach made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Everything was great, and we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay

It was clean and comfortable. The rooms were nice. I assumed that the property was new. I was left alone to do as I wanted and everyone that I did encounter was very friendly.

Dressing separated with the room. Clean, spacious, well located in the Loop. Personal nice and helpful.

Great location for train travel. My room was small but very elegant and luxurious.

Traffic can be noisy.
