$150 incidental charge poor water pressure for the shower. loud AC. no bacon for breakfast. also active fire station across the street.
The southern Texas atmosphere was quite rude. Failed to correct the coin machine in the laundry room, and had to wait until the next day to refund my money. The food was not hot, and the coffee tasted crappy.
Several pieces of equipment in gym were broken and unusable. Breakfast area was very crowded: Food did not keep up with guests and seats were unavailable for everyone.

I prepaid and booked the hotel.we went to check in at 5pm.Hotelstaff said rooms will be delayed by an hour .Staff gave us reason like rooms are full and we are working..I don't buy the reason.Didnt expect them not to keep rooms ready by 5pm

Prime location! Everything literally 2 blocks away in either direction. Clean. This staff was BY FAR the best staff I have ever come across while staying at a hotel. Front desk, so helpful &friendly. The gentleman and lady working breakfast area AMAZING!

Clean room and public areas, friendly staff and nice to be able to get into our room early.

The drop off/parking is a little cumbersome. That's hard to avoid in downtown Chicago.

The location was excellent and the rooms were good.

The breakfast was not good. The bathrooms need more toiletries like soap. The surroundings are really loud.

Very friendly staff especially for the breakfast area.

Microwave only in breakfast area was not convenient. Hotel was right across from Fire station- safe but noisy. Parking is not included with stay and even with the hotel reducing the price, it is pretty expensive.

The Valet and the front desk lady were very nice and the hotel is very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location Breakfast was good and the staff serving it was awesome!

1) Room was right next to a dumpster and the loud truck woke me up early 2) Curtains didn't close fully so streetlight was pouring into the room

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given a room with a king and a pull out. Not what I wanted.

The room was very clean.

There was a lot of outside noise that could be heard through the windows and I had to wait for ever to get into the valet parking area.

You have to park your vehicle in a public parking structure two blocks away.

Clean, staff is very very friendly. Continental breakfast was OK but the service was outstanding.

One of the elevators was down during the weekend. Had to wait a long time to go up and down.

Friendly service, great healthy breakfast

1. Left a phone charger plugged in and forgot it after checking out. Called hotel an hour later asking them to recover it and send to me. Have not heard back since if it was found. Having 1 elevator out of service

The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. They went out of their way to help plan our tours and gave excellent directions on walking tours. So friendly and we would definitely stay here again!! :)
