Management made us move rooms with no regard to our reservations

Very convenient location.

You do not offer complimentary breakfast for honor members. The elevators were so slow. There was always a line waiting for the four elevator ls at thus location

The room size was incredible for our family and the location was fantastic!

The only concern we had was that we called down twice to have sheets and a blanket brought up for our sofa bed and we never received.

Our stay here was great! The hotel is very close to so many things¿Mi Ave, the river walk, Navy Pier, the lakefront bike trail¿ Our room was very nice with a king size bed and pull out. We enjoyed the outdoor pool.

We ended up doing parking on our own through another app. We paid less and had in/out privileges.

Every single thing was top notch! The dresser with deep drawers for storage, the vanity with a drawer deep enough for my cosmetics bag, the huge tv, the comfortable bed, the view!

The staff were friendly

The staff did not keep track of how many people parking cars to number of parking spaces.

I was not expecting to like this hotel as much as we did. Our room was very spacious and clean. The pool was very nice. Staff was amazing. Close to everything we needed and easy access to public transportation. Had a lovely time here with my husband. Already booked another stay for next year.

Everything, the location, it was walking distance to all our excursions, restaurants, etcThe cookies are delicious. The staff, great. The rooms were always cleaned. Honestly I can’t think of anything bad to say, because there isn’t any.I would recommend this place, not just for everything I have mentioned, but what I didn’t mention in the price, EXCELLENT!!

Nice clean and spacious room

The cleanliness, location and the black out blinds!!!

My reservation was lost and made me very nervous because I had just driven for 12 hours only to be told that my reservation had been canceled. They finally found it which was great and they were very nice about it. When I asked for extra pillows they never brought them when I asked for an extra blanket they said they were completely out of them. They did bring towels every time I needed them and I really appreciated that part. On the first day I met somebody in the hallway that was cleaning the rooms and asked for clean towels and she said that that half was not hers and that I had to call the front desk. On our second night the alarm in the room went off three times and woke us all up three times. I had to call the front desk all three times and they had to send somebody all three times and I think I got one slight apology one time. That was a huge inconvenience for us and kind of messed up our following day because we couldn't fall back asleep. Other than that everybody else was really nice and I appreciated how friendly the staff was.

Staff was very accommodating and the room was quite spacious. Location was central to many restaurants & activities. Loved the small kitchen & the fact there was a Whole Foods one block away.

We were on the 25th floor & it took a long time to get an elevator

Great location and friendly staff. Elevator from parking garage directly into lobby. The room was huge and clean. I liked that there was both a table set and seperate couch in the room along with a bench. The bed was very comfortable.

Pillows were not great (for me at least- super fluffy). Shower could have been bigger. Parking entrance and small unloading area is off of Ohio St. and a little difficult to manage.

Sales pitch to sign up for the club. Salesperson got very angry when we declined multiple times. Keep in mind we chose to attend the presentation and could have declined.

I was not able to stay at the resort due to someone's error.

Someone cancelled my room in error so it was not available when I arrived.

Hotel location central to most of the attractions. Although dining facility at the hotel is mediocre, there are many restaurants nearby. Hotel staff very friendly, personable and helpful. The room I had was very clean and comfortable.

A nice bar would be great for evenings when I don't feel like going out.

Kenneth was rude, unprofessional & unpleasant. We asked a simple question and he was terrible and disrespectful

Location of hotel was excellent - close to Lake Michigan / Navy Pier, Michigan Ave / Magnificent Mile, many restaurants within walking distance, plus there was a grocery store right next door. One bedroom suite was spacious with nice furnishings, great TVs, a small kitchenette, and lots of space in the bathroom for toiletries and hanging damp towels. Elevator was prompt and free WiFi was speedy. Plenty of comfortable seating in the lobby also.The texting system for checking on guests was friendly and very responsive when a problem was reported.

Other than the mentioned staff involved with the texting system and responding to problems, other hotel staff was unfriendly and even rude. The front desk staff was not the least bit responsive when we tried to resolve an issue. The biggest disappointment was housekeeping (although our room was very clean upon check-in). We were asked when we checked in whether we wanted daily housekeeping service and we indicated that we did want that. But housekeeping never serviced our room during our stay and we had to text each evening to obtain towels, coffee supplies, and toilet paper. We had to change out our own trash and left it outside the door in the hall. Then on the morning of our departure, a housekeeper entered our room at 8:30am and asked when we expected to leave!
