- The customer service by hotel employee was the icing on the cake!! He made us feel special and important 😊

- everyone was accommodating and pleasant .
Cons -
- Hotel amenities was not up to hotel standards. Room amenities were not filled, missing or available upon walking into room.
- The shower door in our room seem to be missing a strip at the bottom that keeps the water from dripping out onto the floor. I did left the front desk clerk know and she told us they would send someone to take care of it but no one showed up .
- Was not able to get refund when I needed to change check in date
