Fantastic old charm hotel with new amenities. Across the street from Wrigley Field.
Ok this trip was weird. Wrigleyville was 98% ghost town. Previous trips to the area (I've never been to the hotel during a baseball game) I like the energy and dining options, from low end to ridiculously low end.
I've had the epiphany that the light controls should be more intuitive. Like... THE light switch should turn on THE lights. Took me too long to figure out how to get sufficient light to read, to get dressed and then to not have every light blazing.
Great location close to everything and views
Great place great views but my husband and i and my son got very bad bites from the bed over night our ankles and calves were covered in some sort of insect bites
Very clean hotel with beautiful decor and very friendly staff.
I know that it is the style these days but I am not a fan of sliding barn doors for bathrooms. I like a real closing door. But that is only a VERY minor thing.

Swanky! If I hadn't already made plans to eat/drink at Big Star, I definitely woulda enjoyed the bar at Hotel Zachary.

The location and the view were perfect for what we were looking for. We got a an extended late checkout which was amazing and we are very greatful for that.
There wasn’t a mini fridge or coffee maker already in the room. There were a lot of runnings and doors slamming from guests that kept waking us which we needed to be up at 4am so was quite a nuance.
The staff was awesome! Very welcoming and efficient. Our room was very clean and functional. The view of Wrigley Field was terrific. The ballpark decor/pictures were really neat.I grew up just down the street from the hotel - it was like a trip down memory lane.
A bit confusing on how to access Valet parking. Also, would have liked a small refrigerator in room.
Great staff, phenomenal location.
Room was not ready on time, caused a delay in plans. Staff was very apologetic though and more than made up for it.
