Great location and spacious room
Miscommunication over the cost of parking, the bathroom situation, the pool was dirty and on our last night there was a wildly noisy party next door to us that did not quiet down until 5am which would not have been a big deal except we had to be up early the next day to go home

Breakfast was good. Rooms were neat and clean. Hot Pool was small but great for kids indeed.

Good location
My room was dirty. Crumbs all over. Soap in bathroom was already opened and used. Used Face towels on the bathroom floor. Not clean at all.

One of the most comfortable rooms I’ve stayed in- bed was great, very spacious, room temp was perfect/didn’t have that stale hotel air. Had a faint smell of new house, like wood. Very clean. Staff was great. Very quiet- even though near medical complex/hospital, I didn’t hear many sirens even as a light sleeper.
Parking was $30 even though they have their own parking lot. Since it’s not in the Loop and they don’t use a garage, I think it should be included in the rate.

I had an amazing experience during my recent stay! Elena helped with the check-in process and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, she helped upgrade my room quickly and effortlessly. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable.
No complaints, I highly recommend this location

The location was great for us. My grandchildren loved the breakfast and the pool. Stayed here multiple times. Will continue to visit this as long as my grandchildren live in the area. Bonus a park is a short walk behind the hotel great place to play scooter.

Every single staff member I spoke with was so nice! Great customer service by them. The location was nice. Everything was clean. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of options.
The beds were advertised as queen but they seemed like full size. They were also slightly uncomfortable.
