My room was in an alley! People were sitting out smoking weed. There was loud taking outside at all hours of the night. I did not feel safe!.

Trash still in garbage can. Two of three lights out in bathroom. TV not working. Mold around tub. Construction in adjacent room.

Close to airport with free shuttle

Locale too noisy, too many lights outside with no blackout blinds.

It was close to the airport.

The electricity in half the room didn't work, there was broken furniture. The room was dirty. Felt unsafe.

The location was great being located between Wrigley Field and the loop, right on Clark. It's also just a few blocks from the lake and Lincoln Park.

When we checked in they gave us a double bed room. I showed my reservation for a queen but they said they didn't have any available. We endured the small bed for the night. The next night they did give me a king Suite.

The rooms were updated and ?clean? when I lifted my sheets I found a bunch of long black hairs. The shower floors were slippery from leftover soap residue.

The location is convenient and for the price it?s not terrible.

It's not clean. The corner floors were not swept. Cobb webs on the ceiling. Ceiling mouldings are coming off. Bathtub is rusty. There's no soap to be found. Mattress has stain, and sunken in the middle.no sleeping pillows. Broken radio/alarm. Notgoodover

It¿s close to the city

The rooms are dirty the ceiling is unpainted. The Fossett fell off the toilet doesn¿t work properly, funky smell very loud at night shady characters out in the streets.

The best part of this place was they had a decent size fridge in the room.

It was disgusting. The room was damp, smelled moldy, and was very dirty. The water in the tub took hours to drain after taking a shower. Housekeeping never showed up during the three days we were there. We'll never stay there again.

It was easy to get to, no bedbugs, sheets seemed clean, staff was friendly.

Room was dirty! Drywall dust on the floor, hairs in the bathroom on floor, walls, in the tub. The parking lot was full so we had to park at the bank parking lot next door.

Wet towel hanging on bathroom door. Hair on bathroom floor. Dirt on floor. Sheets not clean- hair on sheets. No shampoo or soap until we asked for it. Not enough food in breakfast area. Had to ask for more. Would never stay there again.

Very helpful staff for most part but they forgot my wakeup call.

Cleaning could have ben better. Dried lotion on batroom door. Stairs were very rusted.

Everyone on the staff I interacted with was very friendly and helpful.

Need an additional lock/chain on the door. The doorknob lock alone did not make me feel safe. Floor appeared to be laminate and could have easily been mopped but I don¿t think it was. Heavier towels would have been nice. Place just needs an overall update

convenient location very close to "El" transportation; good amenities (breakfast, wifi, parking, fridge, microwave)

The room was nasty the shower broke no soap mold in the bathroom

There was old leftover underwear in the bedside drawer and ants everywhere.

Clean quiet modern rooms. Prompt airport service.
